The attorneys of Baldwin Law understand the critical role government action plays in the interests of the private sector. We do not view government as an impediment to our client's goals. Rather, we believe that any perceived "gap" between the public and private sector interests can be bridged through open communication, active collaboration, and honest brokering among community leaders and policy makers. We value our relationships with these decision makers in order to effectively communicate our client's position and present convincing arguments, both legal and political, in support of, or in opposition to, proposed legislation or administrative action. By openly engaging in the process early, the need for later legal action may become unnecessary; potentially saving time and cost to our clients and the community.
