Baldwin Law Partners, LLP was founded by attorneys who were hungry to practice law in the manner they had long envisioned for themselves. The goal was simple; to seek out causes, pursue areas of law and represent clients for which they had a natural passion. Otherwise, there is no reason to practice beyond the paycheck.

Accordingly, our recruitment method and vision for new hires are unique to the legal profession. A scholarly and accomplished resume is not sufficient to become an associate, lateral, or of counsel at BLP. One must also be a good person distinguished by drive, balance and honesty. We nurture such character by not imposing a minimum billable hour requirement and by promoting the development of one's own practice group, new or existing, within our firm.
